1. Acceptance of the Terms of Sale

The contract between The Players Club and the Customer is considered concluded at the time of confirmation, even partial, of the order by the Seller.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These conditions can be viewed and downloaded at any time in compliance with applicable laws (Legislative Decree 70/2003 and Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014).

2. Purchasing Procedure

Products available for sale are only those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed, described in their respective product sheets.
Images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual product due to lighting, screen settings, or collection updates.

The Customer must correctly complete all sections of the order form. An invoice may be requested pursuant to Art. 22 of Presidential Decree 633/1972.

Receipt of the order will be confirmed by an automatic email including a summary of the order details and conditions.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are expressed in Euro (€), VAT included. Any shipping or payment costs will be communicated before order confirmation.

Accepted payment methods are:

  • Credit Card

  • PayPal

In no case does The Players Club have access to sensitive payment data.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Products will be delivered to the address provided within a maximum of 10 business days. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination.

Upon delivery, it is the Customer’s responsibility to check the integrity of the package and the number of parcels. Any issues must be reported immediately to the courier.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notice must be sent within the indicated timeframe, and the products must be returned via the Returns Portal available on the website.
Products must be intact, unused, and returned with their original packaging and accessories.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise specified.

6. Legal Warranty

Products are covered by a 24-month warranty for non-conformity, pursuant to the Consumer Code. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be retained to claim the warranty.

If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund or price reduction will be offered.

7. Privacy

Personal data is processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For any disputes, jurisdiction lies with the Court of Bergamo (Italy).

All communications between the parties must be made in writing via email or registered mail.
